Exchange and return policy
The product must be returned or replaced within 12 days from the date of receipt of the product on the condition that it is not used at all and that it is in its original condition in terms of the sender, components or attachments, with the customer bearing the shipping costs and a letter in the case of incoming mail (the value is determined according to the product)
Products can be returned or exchanged if they do not conform to the specifications mentioned on the website or if the product is damaged or defective in manufacturing
This does not include a return or exchange of the product if there is a clear indication of misuse.
Bedrooms, dining rooms, and all products whose components are installed or products specially manufactured based on the customer’s request - for example - but not limited to (kitchens and beds) - are not returned and are replaced in cases of a manufacturing defect that cannot be treated and maintained according to the report submitted by the Quality Department, which It will be issued within a maximum of 7 business days of receiving the returned product from the customer...
: Refund Policy
The process of refunding the value of the product to the customer begins after the result of the quality inspection of the returned product and its acceptance. The quality inspection process takes a maximum of 7 working days from the date Ghaith Furniture receives the returned product. After completing the inspection process, the customer will be notified via email or text message of the result of the inspection. .
The amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method: cash in the case of cash payment or transfer to the bank account in the case of card payment
In the case of cash purchases, the amount paid will be refunded within two working days of issuing the product inspection report
In the case of purchasing with Visa, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 working days from the issuance of the product inspection report through bank transfer to the customer’s account.
In the event that orders paid via various credit cards are canceled without any reason, defects, or failure to perform the service, 2% of the total value of the order will be deducted, and the customer has no right to object to that...

1- Warranty period (starts from the date of receipt)
A - Bedrooms - dining rooms (except chairs) 5 years.
B - (dining chairs - living rooms - corners - salons - recliners - sofa beds - shoe boxes - tables - TV units) 3 years.

2- In the event of disassembling, packaging, installing, and transporting the product without the company’s knowledge, the warranty is considered void.
3- The warranty does not include (leather - fabric - glass - marble - LED in the bedrooms and dining rooms - outdoor sets included). Please follow the instructions for using the outdoor product.
4- The warranty does not apply to misuse.
5- The guarantee does not apply to commercial establishments, offices and clinics.
6- The product may not be returned unless it is in the condition of delivery (in factory packaging).
